Consulting sessions are available for $400 per hour. Additional work completed outside of the scheduled session is billed at $250 per hour.
During these sessions, CEO/Founder Ben Tutewohl provides personalized support, either by helping evaluate and analyze the purchase of a new rental, or by teaching self-managing hosts the systems needed to compete with professional property managers.
